HPS Rental's approach is different than other rental companies. Our goal is to work one-on-one to focus on your event. Why? Here are some examples:
1. Round Tables versus Rectangle Tables: The amount of seated guests changes by over 30% depending on the tables you choose in regards to your canopy/tent square footage. Example: A 20 x 20 canopy will allow for 32 seated guest on ROUND tables OR 48 seated guests on RECTANGLE tables. That is a signifcant difference. We can assure you the proper canopy/tent size based on your seating/table type desire.
2. What other items will you require be under the Canopy/Tent? Any items that takes up space (cake table, dance floor, head table, etc.) will require the canopy/tent structure to be adjusted to accommodate. The software we use will assure we get it exactly right.
3. Where will the Canopy/Tent structure be set up? Is there enough space to allow the set up? We do a site visit for each and every set up. Why? This give us the assurance that when our crew arrives for set up they know exactly what to expect. Same goes for you the customer! It is a win-win.
