Bill Boutain - Founder
The patriarch. He is no longer walking this Earth, but his legacy remains. He developed HPS Rental's guiding principles. Sure, he never wrote them down or etched them in stone, nonetheless the fellas below hear his voice every day. A wonderfully smart man. A father and grandfather. All he wanted to do was start a little business so he could be around home more.
Bryan Boutain - Owner
Every phone call and email is received by this guy. Having a single point of contact means nothing gets lost in the shuffle. He enters all the portable toilet orders into the system for the Portable Sanitation Team to route and administer. He has cleaned a toilet or two. He is a father of two and loves baseball and rock-n-roll music. There is a lot more depth to this creature than meets the eye. Give him a call and chat him up.
Joel Boutain - Owner
Brother to the dude above, this guy is truly the backbone of the operation. Ownership was bestowed upon this guy early by the Founder. He can do it all: fix, engineer, design, and build. He is an operational guru. His kids are fully grown and he spends his off time working on an endless honey-do list, fishing, playing racquetball, and keeping his buddy Justin in line. When it comes to setting the standards for portable toilet cleanliness, he has no peer.
Brett Boutain - Owner
Joel's first born and only son. He was tough for the family business to wrangle. Talk about a belief system and a need to forge his own path. Former lead screamer for the christian rock group, Omari and all around good guy. He married his dream girl, Amanda, and together created the 4th generation, Owen Boutain and twin daughters Isla and Emery. Grandpa would have adored these beautiful children. Brett has learned everything from his dad. He has worked for HPS Rental since he could drive and now he is an owner, and deservedly so. He has so much to offer the future direction on HPS Rental.
Ivan Uribe - Service Technician
Son-In-Law of Joel, which means the Brother-In-Law of Brett. Does that mean Nephew-In-Law of Bryan??? No matter. The newest member of the family business comes by way of the country of Chile. Speaks English and Spanish. HPS Rental is excited to have him.
