Harry's Pumping Service has been operating under the Boutain family name sine 1990. Bill started out with a simple septic tank pumping truck and grew to over 160 portable toilets, three toilet service trucks, and and two septic tank pumping trucks.

Since retiring in 2008, Bill's sons have expanded the company offerings to include canopies, tables, and chairs. This new segment is the fastest growing part of the business. To better reflect the company offerings, the boys changed the name to HPS Rental.

The main foundation of the business still portable toilets. With strict guidelines on cleanliness standards, HPS Rental has been and will continue to be the leaders in providing clean, portable toilets to the special event and construction trade markets.

HPS Rental keeps special event units separate from construction units. This is important as to maintain the unique quality standards demanded by each segment.
